Joe returns to Dizzy’s to revisit his celebrated partnership with the great vocalist Kenny Washington. Joe and Kenny have previously explored the music of Henry Mancini, Johnny Mandel, Ennio Morricone and others. This time they dip into the well of the pop and soul lexicon, as well as some classics from the Great American Songbook. Joe’s arrangements and his tightly-knit quartet provide the framework for Kenny to shine on some classic hits, reimagined in a new way.

“Sometimes a song gets inside your head and you can’t let it go until the version you’re imagining is realized. Such was the case with this Fleetwood Mac classic. I hope you enjoy it.”
