Both men have traveled plenty of musical miles together – on record and on stage. They’ve co-led the celebrated Joe Locke / Geoffrey Keezer Group (also feat. Terreon Gully and Mike Pope), worked in trio with UK saxophonist Tim Garland as Storms/Nocturnes, produced compelling music for the Japanese marketplace using the New Sound Quartet name and filled venues across the globe to capacity when they take the bandstand together.
